Friday
I've been writing for Citizen Warrior for almost seven years, and I decided to try to select my top ten favorite articles of all time. Here they are:
1. The Terrifying Brilliance of the Islamic Memeplex
2. Modern Revelations About Islamic Revelations
3. The Cause of Terrorism
4. September 11th: A Day That Will Live In Infamy
5. How a Tolerant Country Can Avoid Being a Doormat For Intolerant Countries
6. Why Now? Islam's Rise Explained
7. What YOU Can Do To Defeat Jihadi Warriors
8. The Brutal Clash of Two Fundamental and Cherished Democratic Values
9. Pleasantville and Terrorism
10. The Top 7 Things a Citizen Can Do To Halt Terrorism
What are YOUR favorite articles (or online videos)? Not just here on CW, but anywhere? What are the articles that most changed the way you think about jihad? What are the articles that opened your eyes? What are the articles you have used most often to send to your friends?
Post them here on "comments" and we'll have a growing resource we can use to help enlighten our friends and family.
If you've given up on enlightening your friends and family, read this. It might not be them, it might be how you've gone about it. Have you tried this?

Great article! In fact, someone recently asked me for suggestions about how to help people become more aware of the dangers of jihad...I emailed them a link to one of the articles you linked to here How to Fight Jihadis by Sharing Online Articles Via Email, as well as a link to your homepage.
In response to your request for suggestions re articles and videos- I have been working on compiling a list of the "best" videos re the dangers of jihad. In order to make it more useful, there are also brief descriptions after each link. (The selections are mostly about Islamic extremism, terrorism, jihad, etc-- a few are about other human rights-related issues such as the crisis in Darfur.)
That list is here: Recommended Videos. (If anyone visits that site, and can think of any videos that they would recommend that are not yet on the list, please mention them in the comment section there).
Thanks :-)
